To allow ourselves space to acknowledge what no longer serves\, let it fall away\, and clear space for what does\, to enter and settle. \nHonouring ourselves through the process of life and rediscovering who we truly are\, perhaps for the very first time. \nWhat to expect: \nMind\, body & spirit Healing and the opportunity for personal development through… \n-Alchemical practice; creating metaphorical gold from life’s perceived “tin” \n-Guided sharing & discussion \n-Releasing old patterns of resistance whilst allowing the process of life’s natural journey \n-Gentle energy healing & meditation \nCome as you are\, every aspect of you will feel at ease in the supportive group energy of Circle. \nAbout your workshop leader: \nJane is an intuitive healer and the founder of Spirit TLC. The practice is centred on mind\, body and spirit being one and that the key to wellbeing is finding and maintaining balance within. \nAt Spirit TLC a variety of alchemical techniques are used that provide a framework for personal transformation. All of their work centres on guiding people to trust the process of their own healing journey; reconnecting with ourselves\, remembering that we each have everything we need within\, and are our own best teacher. \nSpirit TLC is accessible to anyone and everyone.
