Their presence can sometimes be felt in the smallest\, most ordinary moments\, a gentle nudge of guidance\, a feeling of reassurance or a reminder that we are not alone. \nThrough guided meditations\, simple exercises and relaxed discussion\, you will learn how to recognise and welcome angelic presence into your everyday life while exploring its gentle connection with healing and wellbeing. \nWhat to expect\nEach 90-minute session offers a welcoming space in which to relax\, breathe and explore at your own pace.
