Mindfulness in Practise

Mindfulness is a powerful tool for cultivating inner peace. 

In these regular sessions we discuss mindfulness, its many benefits and how we can become more mindful in the midst of our busy daily lives.

Following a general introduction each session covers various topics including increasing resilience and dealing with difficult emotions.

We talk about how we can weave mindfulness into our daily lives even when we don’t have the time or don’t want to meditate.

Practices and guided meditations are interspersed throughout the session and participants have the opportunity to talk bout any issues they may have and how they found the practices.

All the sessions are suitable for those new to mindfulness and those wishing to deepen their practice.

Handouts are supplied so people don’t need to take notes, and summary email with further information is sent after each session.
