This very gentle practice combines breathwork, visualisation and flowing movements and is suitable for everyone.

This workshop will teach you the basic principles of Qigong and introduce you to some of the key movements.

It’s designed as a taster session for Sue’s upcoming 6 week course on Qigong and you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and invigorated.

Weather permitting, the workshop will run outside in the beautiful gardens or inside if it rains. Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes, suitable footwear and bring something warm in case it’s a little chilly.
