Every session is a sacred experience tailored to you. Learn about each step of your healing experience and how we create a safe, sacred space for your transformation.
A Calm, Private Beginning
Your session begins with a brief, confidential consultation. This is a safe space where you’re welcome to share anything you’re facing — physically, emotionally, or spiritually. There’s no rush. You’ll be listened to with care and without judgement.
Settle Into Comfort
You’ll then be invited to either sit in a chair or lie down on a healing couch — whichever feels most comfortable for you. The space is quiet, peaceful, and supportive.
Guided Relaxation
Your Healer will gently guide you through a short relaxation and visualisation exercise. This helps calm the mind and ease the body into a receptive state for healing.
The Healing Process
Once you’re relaxed, the Healer will begin to channel healing energy through your energy field. If you’ve given your consent, this may include light, gentle touch — always respectful, always with your comfort in mind.
A Deep Sense of Peace
Many people describe feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, or quietly emotional during a session. You might notice subtle sensations — a sense of warmth, coolness, tingling, or simply stillness.
