Curious about Mindfulness but not sure where to start?
Mindfulness is a powerful and practical way to reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing, and find greater calm and balance in everyday life.
These friendly sessions offer a calm, welcoming space to relax and learn simple techniques for managing stress, emotions, and everyday pressures. We explore what mindfulness is, how it works, and — most importantly — how to use it in real life, even when you’re busy, distracted, or short of time.
What to Expect
Each session includes guided practices, gentle discussion, and time for reflection. Topics include building resilience, managing stress, and working skilfully with difficult emotions. Sessions are relaxed, supportive, and non-judgemental.
Who It’s For
Suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to refresh or deepen their practice. No previous experience is needed, and there’s no need to sit for long periods or try to “empty your mind”. Everyone is welcome – just come as you are!
Practical Details
Handouts are provided, so there’s no need to take notes, and a helpful follow-up email with reminders and resources is sent after each session.
***Step out of the rush, take a breath, and give yourself time to reconnect.***
