Slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover your natural rhythm
Step into the gentle unfolding of late spring with a deeply restorative Forest Bathing experience in the tranquil woodlands of the Harry Edwards Foundation. Guided by Joanna Bristow-Watkins and Katie Robinson, this three-hour immersion invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with nature’s quiet intelligence.
As the woodland shifts through the richness of the season—whether bluebells linger or give way to fresh green growth—you’ll be guided through mindful invitations, a calming “treelaxation” meditation, and a soothing woodland tea ceremony. Scientifically shown to reduce stress and support wellbeing, this is a nurturing space to reset, reflect, and simply be—held by the peaceful rhythm of the trees. 🌿
