There is a category of music that has the ability to move straight to the heart. That By-passes the cognitive and brings a deep sense of peace and healing to the body, mind and spirit.
Lucinda Drayton has been on a 40 year long journey of self- awareness, growth and introspection.
A meditator since age 23 and a Psycho- therapist of some 14 years she has walked and guided others back to authenticity and the ability to thrive.
Her music, some of it written as BLISS with Andrew Blissett. Now with Husband Marcus Cliffe reflects this life- path and process and draws the listener into a deeper sense of self and a connectedness to the world and the divine
This concert will hold the intention of creating and spreading peace. We will invite you to bring with you or create at the Harry Edwards Centre a prayer for peace of any kind to place in a bowl at the beginning of the concert . We will set an intention for these prayers to take flight and manifest .
There will be the usual moving and beautiful music Lucinda is known for plus some time to connect with others in meditation. Together we will send a peaceful loving energy out into our troubled world.
This we can do and it is not a small thing.
So if you have ever felt powerless or hopeless or troubled by the condition of our world then do come and add your precious energy in this sacred place of healing and hope.

About Lucinda Drayton
Lucinda Drayton is a successful singer songwriter with over 15 albums of released work. In 1994 she wrote a no 1 hit and is currently well known throughout the natural health/ healing and spiritual world for her iconic song A Hundred Thousand Angels. (performed and written with BLISS)
Lucinda is an Accredited BACP Psychotherapist and is an Associate member and teacher with The Reach Approach
She has run groups/ workshops and played concerts all over the world the world, but currently only plays live when she feels drawn to the right space as her main commitment is now to her clients.

About Marcus Cliffe
Marcus Studied music at Leeds College of |Music in 1980and since then has worked at a consistently high level in the music industry.
With Artists as diverse as Marc Knopfler, Paul Young,Al Green, Emma Bunton andRod Stuart. Marcus has provided groove and style as a top level bass player.
He played Piano with Tasmin Archer on a solo tour and in 2018 year graced The Peace In The Park Concert Stage as a solo artist playing guitar and singing.
You can see him with The Manfreds each year on their Uk tour and also regularly playing guitar and piano with Lucinda.
Marcus is also a successful producer and was awarded Sunday Times record of the year for his work as part of the duo Miracle Mile . He is currently working on a new Miracle Mile Album
