An Evening in the Garden

Harry Edwards Foundation
Friday 17th July | Evening

This is an invitation to gather.

An evening in the garden is a gentle coming together: a space to slow down, arrive in the body, and be held in community, nature, and ritual. Set within the gardens of the Harry Edwards Foundation, this evening is designed as a soft landing at the end of the week.

We will settle into a shared moment of rest, enjoying tea and homemade treats inspired by my mother’s kitchen nourishment rooted in memory, care, and the wisdom passed down through generations.

The evening will include time to lie down and rest as the earth supports, encouraging the body to move from holding into receiving. The focus is on creating a sense of safety, softness, and connection within yourself and with those around you.

As you rest, you will be offered a spoken reflection and guided visualisation inspired by the garden and the act of gathering which will encourage the mind to quiet and the body to feel supported.

This is not a workshop to ‘do’, but a space to be.
To be nourished and reminded that rest is something we can share.

What to expect

  • Gentle rest
  • Tea and sweet treats inspired by my mother’s recipes
  • Time in community, held by the garden

No prior experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.

About your guide

Ati is an integrative and intuitive practitioner of wellbeing practices, drawing on methods she has used and refined over many years to support her own mind and body through periods of illness, transition, and deep change. Her work is informed by a wide range of therapeutic modalities, woven together to support the whole mind–body system in sustainable, accessible ways with a particular emphasis on rest, nervous system regulation, and self-care that can be carried into everyday life.

Alongside group gatherings, Ati also offers one-to-one sessions at the Harry Edwards Foundation, providing personalised support tailored to where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically. Further details about her work and 1-2-1 offerings can be found on her website – www.surreyhillswellness.co.uk.
