This beautiful two-day Reiki First Degree training is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and begin a life-changing journey of self-discovery and healing. Whether you are seeking greater wellbeing, emotional balance, spiritual growth, or simply a way to care for yourself and those you love, Reiki offers a gentle yet profoundly powerful path.
Throughout the weekend, you will receive the four sacred Reiki First Degree attunements, which open your energy field to the restorative flow of Reiki energy. These attunements are the heart of Reiki training, allowing you to channel healing energy for yourself and others for the rest of your life.
Jeanette has been practising and teaching Reiki for over 30 years. Her extensive experience, deep intuitive connection, and compassionate teaching style create a safe, nurturing space where each student is supported to develop confidence in their own healing abilities. Many students describe Jeanette’s attunements as deeply moving and transformational.
During the course you will:
- Discover the history and philosophy of Reiki.
- Learn how Reiki works and how it supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
- Receive your four First Degree Reiki attunements.
- Learn simple, easy-to-remember hand positions for giving Reiki treatments.
- Practise giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive environment.
- Learn how to use Reiki for self-healing, stress reduction, relaxation, and everyday wellbeing.
- Gain the confidence to offer Reiki to your family, friends, pets, and plants.
- Explore ways to strengthen your intuition and deepen your connection with your own inner guidance.
This is a highly practical, experiential weekend with plenty of time for hands-on healing, guided practice, questions, discussion, and personal reflection. You will leave not only with knowledge but with genuine experience and confidence in using Reiki in your everyday life.
By the end of the training, you will feel more grounded, centred, and empowered, with a lifelong healing tool that you can use whenever you need it.
