Shake & Cake – April 26th
We’re in the full swing of Spring, and this is a session to let your body open and expand as we head into warmer months. Through TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), you’ll gently shake off the tension your body’s been quietly holding… and follow it up with tea, homemade cake, and space to actually receive. This is a soft place to land and let your body slowly unfurl and release what it’s been holding.

TRE is your body remembering itself.
Every mammal on the planet shakes to release stress. Humans do it too — we’ve just been domesticated out of it. TRE reactivates that built-in tremor reflex.
Instead of talking about the stress, you let your system shake it out: tension melts, the nervous system softens, sleep deepens, and you get a full body exhale.
It’s not dramatic. It’s not performative.
