Shake Off Winter
We’ve made it through the darkest months, and it’s time for a gentle thaw. This is a session to let your body catch up to the shift in season. Through TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), you’ll gently shake off the tension your body’s been quietly holding… and follow it up with tea, homemade cake, and space to actually receive. This is a soft place to land and let your body slowly unfurl in time for spring.
