November Healing Circle
As autumn deepens and the nights draw in, November invites us into a different rhythm. The harvest has been gathered, the leaves are falling, and nature begins to turn inward. It is a season of reflection, release, and gentle renewal.
This month’s Healing Circle offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom of the season. Together, through our healing visualisation, we will journey into the beautiful Healing Gardens of Burrows Lea in their autumn colours. Guided by imagination and heart, we’ll explore a sacred space within the gardens, connecting with the wisdom of Autumn, the lessons it may have to share, and the guidance of those ancestors who walk beside us in spirit and memory.
This circle is a space to release, restore, and reconnect. To honour what has been, let go of what is complete, and create space for whatever is quietly waiting to emerge.

Whether you come to receive healing or offer it, this gathering provides a warm and nurturing space to step away from the busyness of daily life and simply be held within a field of compassion, healing, and connection.
In a group, heart energy becomes coherent, creating a field that supports personal healing, emotional balance, and collective wellbeing. Cultivating this state is a gift to yourself, to others, and to the planet.
All that’s required is to show up and engage. No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
