- Purpose and benefits of mindfulness
- Overcoming barriers to mindfulness
- A variety of outdoor experiential exercises to develop mindfulness practices
- Developing a personal approach to mindfulness to be able to bring it into the everyday

Are you interested in creating a greater sense of calm and stillness in your life?
Developing the skill of being able to pay attention to the present moment can improve mental health and wellbeing,
enabling us to enjoy life more and understand ourselves better.
This one-day workshop will explore mindful practices through nature so that you can take steps to develop mindfulness in your day-to-day life.

Participants
There are no workshop requirements, all participants are welcome whether you are new to mindfulness or practice mindfulness regularly. Come with an open mind and heart and be willing to participate with curiosity.
We will be predominantly outdoors so wear suitable clothing and footwear.
