Trance healing is a method of spiritual healing that involves the healer entering an altered state of consciousness, often referred to as a trance state. In this first of a series, Pete Efford who has been working with spirit for over 40 years and is a trance healer who channels his 3 healing guides will be hosting. We will meet as a small group for a 90 minute hands-off seated healing session which will begin with a gentle preparatory meditation induction.

There is no previous experience or knowledge required. Recipients may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotional release during the session. There may be a sense of accessing a very light sleep-like state.

The session will conclude with a grounding reflective practice. Spiritual Trance Healing has been known to alleviate physical symptoms, promote relaxation and stress reduction, release emotional blockages and support personal healing and spiritual growth.

The aim is to feel refreshed and calm at the end of the session.
