A One Day Workshop Exploring Silence
Run by Louise Breinholt, this is a participative workshop exploring and developing techniques to bring silence and stillness into your life.
A range of contemplative exercises and practices will be developed during the day in the exploration of silence. The physical, mental health and spiritual benefits of regular periods of quiet will be explored to give participants the courage to develop and deepen their own silent practices.
