Healing for You is a session to switch off, leave everything happening in your life to one side, enjoy a relaxing meditation and be in wonderful bubble of healing energy.
The Healing for You sessions run for around 1 hour and are usually lead by Alan Moore.
The session is traditionally a 20 minute meditation, followed by 20 minutes of healing for the whole group.
There is a chat at the beginning and after .
