Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) is an ancient mind/body/breath practice that’s one of the key pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It’s the grandmother and foundation of Tai Chi, and while they look similar, Qigong is easier to learn.

‘Qi’ means energy and ‘Gong’ means a skill that’s cultivated through practice, so essentially Qigong is the cultivation of energy.

Like a gardener cultivating a beautiful garden, we start with weeding out what no longer serves us, then seed our practice with intention and focus and finish by feeding ourselves with fresh, vibrant energy.
