Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) is an ancient mind/body/breath practice that’s one of the key pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine. ‘Qi’ means energy and ‘Gong’ means a skill that’s cultivated through practice, so essentially Qigong is the cultivation of energy.
