Create balance in your life and stay present and mindful with a Yin Yang Yoga Flow that will help you find strength, stability and a deep sense of relaxation.

Move through a Vinyasa Flow sequence that will lead to a slower Yin sequence focused on passive, longer-held poses that target the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints and fascia.
