The chakras and their themes are the springboard for a series of Saturday workshops through 2024. Each workshop is stand-alone.

This workshop’s chakra is associated with identity, and the establishment of a sense of personal power and confidence.

We’ll write about the emotions, colour, element, and part of the body connected with the chakra. We’ll investigate ‘sticking points’ and what might be the remedies. We’ll consider levels of awareness, and how they might affect our own unique approach to creativity.

The emphasis across the day will be on exploration – and fun! Using a variety of prompts, games and devices, there’ll be lots of inspiration and opportunity to birth brand new writing.

The day is both for those who have experience in writing as well as for those who would love to see what tumbles out when their pen meets paper.

Remember your pen and notebook!
