The chakras and their themes are the springboard for Saturday workshops through 2024. Each workshop is stand-alone.
We’ll write about the emotions, colour, elements, and body parts connected with each chakra. We’ll investigate ‘sticking points’ and what remedies might be available. We’ll consider levels of awareness and how they might affect our unique approach to creativity.

The emphasis throughout the day will be on exploration—and fun! Using a variety of prompts, games, and devices, there’ll be lots of inspiration and opportunities to birth brand-new writing. The day is both for those who have experience writing poems and for those who would love to see what tumbles out when their pen meets paper.

You can either bring a packed lunch or buy something delicious from the Café. And remember a pen and notebook!
